Fox News Sucks
Ok, we already knew that. And they do suck and have always sucked for various reasons.
They've put out misinformation about Obama--already!--and refuse to apologize. Not like this is a shock to anyone, but still, good for Obama for refusing to ignore it.
This is going to be a long political season, folks!

yup, I like that Keith Oberman has started refering to it as the Fox NOISE Channel....
This just further confirms my thought that he lives in our country, but not in the world I know.....
It also occurs to me that he must feel like a hugh threat to the republicans since they actually started in with this misinformation BEFORE he even announced!
It will not only be a long season, I can tell already that it won't be pretty!
It's not surprising, but appalling nonetheless, that none of the "education" and soft news on the Arab world is trickling down to the general American public (what? the trickle-down effect not only fails in the economic arena, but also in the world of education????). I hate seeing the kind of fear and hate-mongering that goes on in this country on a regular basis and is directly fed by the media (the most guilty of which is certainly Fox news).
If anyone is interested, my major field of study is the MidEast, and I would be happy to pass along book recs for CREDITABLE scholarship about Muslims and Islam.
I take it as a good sign. You can smell their desperation from here.
Ah yes, Fox. I can't bring myself to even stop by their "news" casts for shits and giggles. I watch Bones and Idol then leave the channel alone, lol.
